Happy Valentine! Alpine Vending Co. Has Acquired Merseyvend

Alpine Vending Co has announced the acquisition of the machine park and assets of Liverpool based vending operator Merseyvend. The acquisition was completed and officially finalised on Tuesday 14th February 2018, all vending activities will now operate out of Alpine’s depot in Hoylake, on the  Wirral .
 
Commenting on the acquisition John Hazelhurst  managing director of the Wirral based AVS member Alpine Vending said “we are extremely excited about our recent acquisition. as Merseyside’s only AVA member and largest vending machine operator, we’re confident we can improve if not exceed our new customers’ service expectations. We’re certainly looking forward to the challenge.
Proud to be a family run business established in Hoylake, Wirral for over 15 years, Alpine Vending Co are leaders in the field of vending machine and water cooler provision. The compant operates from custom built 10,000 sq ft premises and are members of the invitation-only AVS group. Alpine Vending  has ISO 9001 registration, ensuring regular hygiene auditing, which ensures a safe, hygienic and consistent vend every time.

Alpine Vending Co includes amongst its custmers US Airways, Tata Consulting; HM Courts, Renault UK; Wirral NHS, Merseyside Police and Merseytravel – all of them benefiting from speedy service response and next day ingredient and water deliveries.
“As part of our commitment to delivering a seamless vending service to our customers, we’re developing  remote telemetry systems”, John said. “We can monitor machine sales, vend patterns and issues, so that we can respond rapidly to any event. The machines communicate constantly with a central server that is accessed via a secure internet connection to provide live information on machine performance. This means our customers enjoy unrivaled uptime all day and every day.”
