Crane Merchandising Systems has announced the launch of VOCE Media.
‘VOCE Media combines the coffee shop-quality of VOCE with the consumer engagement of our Media platform to transform the consumer experience,’ said Mike Kane, Crane’s U.K. Sales Director. ‘VOCE Media delivers on the Crane vision of connected and intelligent vending’, he said.
VOCE Media has been successfully piloted in the United Kingdom with placements in business and industry, healthcare, education and leisure environments. The pilot results demonstrate significant sales increases at locations where VOCE Media machines replaced older models.
‘Consumer feedback has been unanimously positive with reports suggesting that consumers are engaged by the ATM style interface, the coffee shop style menus, and the quality and presentation of the 32 selections available – more than double the selection of competitor models,” Mike said.
