‘It’s done really well everywhere but to be honest, in the office environment, it’s been absolutely fantastic. From a standing start, it’s now in our top-three best-selling confectionery lines.

Founded 18 years ago by Jack’s father, John Hazelhurst, AVS member Alpine Vending serves Merseyside, Cheshire and North Wales. The business has a park of around 1,000 machines divided into 10 routes.

‘It’s the first time I’ve ever won anything, so I’m made up’, Jack said. ‘Normally, my dad would try to claim the vouchers but he’s away on holiday at the moment so he’ll not get the chance.’
