Franke has invested in the UK – now ‘it’s all about creating memorable coffee moments’.

Tennessee, Shanghai, Vienna and now… St. Albans! Franke’s latest addition to the UK headquarters is another integral part of the brand’s global strategy…

The new showroom is a space where customers, clients and employees can come together to share knowledge and understand how Franke’s solutions can support businesses of all sizes. The launch event at the end of April was attended by more than 130 Franke partners, media representatives and fellow coffee enthusiasts.

‘With this dedicated showroom, we demonstrate the importance of the UK market to Franke Coffee Systems and our commitment to it,’ said Robert Gaemperli, Managing Director of Franke Coffee Systems UK. ‘We’re looking forward to welcoming our customers and partners to St Albans.’

The clean minimalism of the new space provides the perfect backdrop for showcasing Franke’s comprehensive product portfolio. It reflects the consistent, bright, and recognisable corporate global branding in terms of floorplans, lighting, and furnishings, creating a natural ambience that engages each visitor. There’s plenty of room for visitors to explore each machine and its capabilities, alongside a designated area for virtual and in-person meetings.

The showroom provides first-hand access to Franke’s award-winning A line portfolio of fully automatic coffee machines, through to the semi-automatic machines that allow a more involved approach to creating barista-quality drinks. High-performance features from Franke Digital Services – such as iQFlow™, FoamMaster™ and CleanMaster – are ready to be experienced at the touch of a button.

Aficionados will be keen to explore Franke’s new professional automatic and semi-automatic machine range, Mytico – launched in the UK in March. Mytico’s blend of reliable Swiss quality and sleek Italian design is already proving to be a popular addition, scooping up Gold at the 2024 IF Design Awards and two 2024 FoodBev Awards. The Mytico Due and Mytico Vario, on display for the first time in the new St Albans showroom, are capable of serving up to four drinks at a time and over 300 drinks per day. Each machine has two responsive 8″ touchscreens with a wide range of menu customisation options to meet the changing needs of customers.

Franke‘We’ve invested heavily in the UK market’, Gaemperli said. ‘We’ve refurbished the showroom, launched the new Mytico machine range and, most importantly, we’ve expanded our sales and marketing team. Now, it’s all about creating memorable coffee moments.’
