Montagu Group Limited has announced that ‘The Vending People’ will be the new brand for its vending division, which the group says is ‘the UK’s largest independent vending company with over 200 operators and 50 engineers supporting 9000 operated vending machines nationally’.
The Vending People is the new trading name for the following companies: West Country Vending Service Limited (including the South Wales Vending trading name), LTT Vending Ltd, Cambridge Vending Limited and Espresso Plus Limited (previously trading as Snacktime Vending). The companies are all subsidiaries of Montagu Group Limited which also owns Expresso Plus, Snack in the Box and Tavern Snacks.
You can access full details of and comment on these events, as they happened, in Planet Vending’s archives: LTT Vending, West Country Vending, Cambridge Vending and Uvenco Brands. These names will now disappear from the vending landscape.
Paul Arnold, General Manager at The Vending People, said: “Our new brand will unite the different companies within Montagu Group as the UK’s largest independent vending company”, he said, adding: “It’s a significant step in bringing together our collective experience and expertise; demonstrating our clear vision to become the UK’s most recommended vending company. Whilst all of our communications will be branded as ‘The Vending People’ going forward, we will ensure that our customers will continue to experience the same great service, provided by local people, all supported by our national scale.”

Helen Walker, Marketing Manager at The Vending People, who is based in Leeds, said “our new brand is built around the importance our people play, because they make us who we.
